In each of us we contain both light and shadow, movement and stillness, highest and lowest levels of existence. On the shortest day and longest night it is a time for introspection, to examine our thoughts and beliefs and release what no longer serves us. You may feel that you are self sabotaging yourself or feel stuck and unable to take the next steps because of doubts and fears. So now is the time to peacefully release any negative blocks, whether thoughts, beliefs, blocked emotions or even blocks at the soul level.

As I guide you to both remove blocks and visualize your future. You end this meditation stronger as you have healed and reunited head, heart, intuition and soul guidance and with the courage to make the right decisions for your next phase of life.
