Welcome to a beautiful meditation, light language activation and sound/energy transmission. I am so joyous to share something I hope helps release hurt/pain, which can sit far below the surface of our everyday emotions. I often find in my 1:1 sessions that the underlying emotion behind anger, frustration etc is unexpressed or repressed hurt.

I think it's a beautiful thing to go deep and to finally let go of old wounds, by acknowledging them, feeling them, releasing them and bringing in something far brighter and more representative of your higher nature.
