How common is acidity during pregnancy?
Very common among pregnant females,
Occur in all three semesters.

Causes of Acidity in pregnancy:
Hormonal rush,
Medication
Baby growth in the third semester makes less space for food and intestine,

Remedy for acidity in pregnancy:
Take frequent small meals. In between meals,
Include lots of fluids during meals,
The mother can take lots of fluids like water.
Take sugarfree chewing gums.
Avoid fried and fatty foods.
Avoid fruit juices and soup.
Females have fruits or any seasonal fruit.
Pregnant ladies should do a 15minute walk.
Females can take cold milk; it helps in the sudden suppression of acidity and the feeling of acid reflux.
