How to Remove and Install the Power Train Unit on the Stark VARG ⚡
Official Technical Tutorial.

▶ Removal Process.
Unscrew the spoiler assembly bolts
Remove the spoiler assembly
Disconnect the battery’s CAN BUS connector
Install the safety cap on the battery’s CAN BUS connector
Disconnect the battery’s power connector
Install the safety cap on the battery’s power connector
Unscrew the carbon fiber spoiler bolts
Remove the carbon fiber spoiler
Unscrew the nuts on the two battery shafts
Unscrew the battery's front fixing screws
Unscrew the rear skid plate bolts
Remove the lower and upper battery shafts
Unscrew the front fender bolts
Remove front fender
Lift the chassis over the battery while holding the battery in the center stand
Unscrew the skid plate bolts and separate the battery from the skid plate
Drain the coolant
Remove rear fender
Remove shock
Remove the subframe
Remove front sprocket and guard
Remove rear wheel
Remove rear brake
Remove the swing arm
Remove the front power unit shaft.

▶ Assembly Process.
Place the frame onto the power unit
Install the side plates
Install swing arm
Insert rear brake
Install rear wheel
Install front sprocket
Install front sprocket guard
Install subframe
Install radiator
Install rear shock
Install rear fender
Lift the rolling chassis over the battery, fit the frame onto the battery
Adjust the battery alignment with the frame mounts
Slide in the battery shafts
Tighten the front battery bolts to 40 Nm
Tighten the top battery shaft to 40 Nm
Tighten the bottom battery shaft to 40 Nm
Tighten the lower skid plate bolts to 15 Nm
Install the front fender
Tighten the front fender bolts to 8 Nm
Install the carbon fiber spoiler
Tighten the carbon fiber spoiler bolts to 3 Nm
Remove the safety cap from the power connector of the battery
Connect the wiring harness power connector to the battery
Remove the safety cap from the CAN BUS connector of the battery
Connect the wiring harness CAN BUS connector to the battery
Install the body kit
Tighten the side plate bolts to 40 Nm
Tighten the rear center seat bolt to 8 Nm
Tighten the side spoiler bolts to 5 Nm
