*** Another update has been made since creating this video,

Make sure your Fallout 4 is installed in steamapps/common/Fallout 4

Download the latest version the FO4Down.zip

Extract the contents to a folder,

Run as administrator on the FO4Down.exe

Click Downgrade Contraptions, Far Harbor, VaultTec and Nuka World and the other options IF YOU HAVE THEM.

Then to change language click the drop down arrow and scroll down to select any other language.

Then click 'Start downgrade'

A Steam Login window will pop up, type in your username and password, then click login.

Or use the QR code to login instead, then let FO4Down run till its completed.
