A problem that affects many ostomates and probably every man with a stoma is abdominal hair.

Not only can hairs cause leaks and problems with your wafer adhering to your skin, it can also lead to inflamed hair follicles.

Shaving using a traditional razor or electric razor don't provide longlasting effectiveness, which is why I use an epilator and tweezers.

If you've never heard of an epilator, strap on your seatbelt!
