To clean a space, play this video in the space to be cleared. Although not being in the same space is preferred, you can be in the space and the video can be minimized. If you are in a space use for 10 minutes at a time to not be overwhelmed by the energy.

To clear things, place the item in front of the screen where the video is playing.

For a person, play this video while resting. Try 10 minutes at a time. Make sure that you sit back, close your eyes and relax.

Since this video is very powerful, always ground (drink water, eat protein, rub your feet) after using it. If it is too strong, use only for 5 minutes at a time.
