Rental screening services comparison.

I'm slowly moving from doing just short term rentals to introducing more long term, which requires good screening of potential tenants. It appeared there is way many platforms offering screening services, but I picked five, that I believe are the most popular or was worth to check.
All of them are supposed to cover credit report, background check(with discrepancies) and eviction history.
