In this particular truck, the part that was causing the issue was a broken rod clip.
This part was not something we could find at any of the local Autopart Stores, we ended up having to go to the Nissan Dealership to locate the broken part.
The part numbers for the broken rod clip are:
8053434A05 : Plate
8055234A00 : Holder
