Officer Andrell Cummings of Knoxville P.D. testified Monday afternoon in the trial of Robin Howington. Cummings was the reporting officer on the night of September 13, 2019, when Howington allegedly shot and killed 5yearold Destiny Oliver. As he is describing the scene he arrived to, Cummings gets choked up and teary eyed when answering questions from both the state and defense.
