First i measured near ohm value when screen became readable (133 Ω). Then i try 220 Ω resistor, but that was too much. Finally i end up to put 150 Ω resistor and then adjustment went good. This probably helps SD Card read error too. Adjustment potentiometer is 10k Ω.

#Update# 2018.03.20:

Arduino Mega 2650 Clone board had faulty AMS1117 5V voltage regulator. 7V come out. After changing AMS1117 to working one and remove that resistor what i solder to RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller 128x64 board and now it works fine.
