Budget term doesn’t need any explanation, any company before procurement of any item, makes a budget. During the budget planning many factors are taken into consideration. Once Budget is made, it’s been given to concern departments for approval.

However, sometimes company makes mistake during the planning stage and the result is that approved budget does even able to survive 1st round of negotiation. In such cases, commercial negotiation with customer becomes difficult. However, indeed with proper explanation, you can request your customer to review their budget and if require price increase, same can also be requested.
