For Foreigners this are the list of the things you must have :
* A certificate of ability to marry.
* Birth certificate.
* A document confirming that you are not currently married.
* A photo.
* A copy of your passport.
* Your spouse's death certificate, if you are not getting married for the first time.
* Divorce papers.

For Filipino residents :
* Birth Certificate
* Valid Government I.D
* A document confirming that you never been married.
* Your spouse's death certificate, if you are not getting married for the first time.

Both of you will undergo Seminar
