ESRGAN is an AI Neural Network software that is capable of upscaling and reconstructing lowresolution images, while retaining most of their elements and details intact.

El Tío Rata took the original video file from an Interactive Demo Disc. I used ESRGAN with twittman's antialiasing model, alsa64's denoising model [JPG (020%)], and the Manga109 model to upscale the video 4 times its original resolution.
