Episode Notes:

1. Games captured on real hardware.

2. The Dreamcast did have other games in the genre. Blue Stinger, Carrier, and Illbleed to name a few.

3. I tested Dino Crisis with the VGA patch and the FMV scenes DO NOT play. Something to consider if its your first time playing it.

4. In some ways, Code Veronica wasn't quite as advanced as the other Survival Horror games Capcom released at the time. RE3 has multiple paths and a dodge mechanic. Dino Crisis has walk and aim gameplay.

5. Code Veronica is said to have been born from the failed RE2 port for the Saturn. With technical difficulties and a declining Saturn market, Capcom instead switched gears to a new adventure for Sega fans.

6. While Nextech did much of the grunt work developing Code Veronica, Capcom was still in charge of the story, art direction, and enemy designs.

7. Code Veronica released over a year late. It was supposed to land in early 1999 but instead came out in early 2000, right on top of the Playstation 2.
