Soya chaap Masala Ingredients

Soya chaap 910 pcs
Onion 2 ½ cup
Tomatoes 1 cup
Mustard oil 4 tbsp
Green cardamom 45 nos.
Cloves 5 gms
Cinnamon 1 inch
Bay leaf 23 pcs
Whole garlic 15 gms
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli pwd ½ tbsp
Coriander pwd 1 tbsp
Jeera pwd 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Curd 1 cup
Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Green chillies 34 pcs
Dough

Method

Heat a pan, add mustard oil, green cardamom, clove, cinnamon, bay leaf,
Pounded garlic, chopped onion and saute them for 810 mins.
Add little water while sauteing, add ginger & garlic paste, red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, jeera pwd, garam masala and cook for a while.
Add chopped tomatoes, and big diced onions and let it cook.
Marinate soya chaap with salt, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd and curd.
Add marinated soya chaap to the masala.
Transfer it to a clay pot, add little water, kasoori methi and chopped coriander.
In a tadka pan, heat some oil, add whole garlic, cloves, green chillies and pour over the handi.
Seal the handi with the help of a dough.
Keep it on dum for 2030 mins.
Soya chaap masala is ready to serve.
