2 kg of beef neck
100 g of pressed garlic
4 g marjoram
20 g ground pepper
1520 g sweet Hungarian peppers
2 dkg of salt per 1 kg of meat
8 g of crushed cumin
11.5 l of water
For 10 kg of meat about 12 m of intestines
