*Updated May 18, 2023: 8099 is now Retired from SEPTA Service*

Today earlier at Center City after getting off of SEPTA Regional Rail Airport Line at Jefferson Station, I went to go walking and thinking about going home and as I arrived on 13thMarket St, I saw a D40LF on the 124 and I went over to see what number vehicle on D40LF it was #8099 and it caught me off guard as well because I haven't seen #8099 running in awhile after it broke down more than a month ago, it's finally back and it's also the last bus from 8000's series and it's a great bus as well. So I decided to ride on it!

Another special thing it also has a NABI Exhaust Pipe! The one problem it makes the Axles sounds similar to #8108 and #8119 but the bus is still running great, despite the traffic on I76 Schuylkill Expressway, it was Hauling Ass as well!

It's my 27th SEPTA D40LF Bus Ride from (80008119) and I'm still on the hunt catching these D40LF's Buses before SEPTA Retires them soon. Also rode 2 other D40LF on the same day makes it 3 for a Day!

Taken: Saturday April 9th, 2022/Late Afternoon
