Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve:

This area became a National Park in 2004. The last time we visited, in the 1990s, it was still a National Monument. It's worth the trip! You won't be disappointed and this is definitely a Colorado mustsee.

My painting subject is from my imagination and combines my love for the Southwest with Madano Creek.
