On paper, Yamaha's 2024 update to its popular MT09 doesn't look like much to write home about.

However, as Phil West discovered when he rode one at the global press introduction, the small changes add up to a much improved machine with a more aggressive character even if he thinks the facelift resembles a wellknown Marvel superhero.
