I am finally rewiring the 2005 Wildfire GY6 scooter. I have to charge the battery often since the charging system is not working. The wiring is totally mangled, so I figured the best route was to buy a brand new wiring harness! I will finally be able to use the headlights and stereo system without the battery going dead!
