3 tbsp yellow mustard binder
Big Bald's BBQ Rub
Chicken Quarters
1 tsp yellow mustard binder per leg
Equal parts of cracked pepper, kosher salt and garlic powder
Corn
1/4 olive oil
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbap cracked pepper
Asparagus
Equal parts of cracked pepper, kosher salt and garlic powder
Enough balsamic vinegar to cover the bottom of each tray
Pellets used Pit Boss Apple Blend
