The Bay Cycle Way is a long distance cycle touring route from Walney Island in Cumbria to Glasson Dock in Lancashire, join John and me as we ride from Grange over Sands to Glasson Dock on part two of this twoday adventure. Once again Sarah is driving and acting as the food provider, advanced scout, technical assistant, and all round support.
