Hey everyone

Thanks for checking in today we rode round the
streets (which l've wanted to do for a while now) to the mountains, over them a little and back down one of the sides to the main roads, we had some little bursts of power and all in all just a fun ride,

I did go to Greggs and by some food to eat halfway round but ended up leaving it in the car which was boiling in the sun ☀
