Rings training progression 2: Rings dips

In this video I talk about and demonstrate the standard dip on rings.

Make sure that you pull the elbows straight back "into the pocket" and dip down as deeply as you can with each session so that you increase mobility over time and develop the shoulder extension needed to make the transition form the pullup to the dip in the ring muscleup. (If you want to do muscle ups eventually)
