From Ukraine to Ulez, the Conservatives are doing some good work in the day to day "chuntering" of government, says Andrew Marr. But, he explains, the Prime Minister squanders political capital and UK voters have decided the Tories are finished.

Marr also explains the impact Reform UK are having on Rishi Sunak's conservatives, and explores the likelihood of a leadership challenge from Penny Mordaunt or Kemi Badenoch.
