CANTONESE RICE by Casa Mariola #recipe #easy by Chef Max Mariola
Would you like an exotic dish that you can cook with a few ingredients that you surely have in the freezer and cupboard? Here is my variant of Cantonese Rice prepared with tricks I learned during my travels abroad. A Cantonese rice with shrimp slightly different from the original recipe but equally excellent! #cantonese


INGREDIENTS for 3 people:
Jasmine rice 350 g or 1 cup
Canned tuna in oil @coalma 1 box of 160 g
Carpegna raw ham 100 g
Frost shrimp tails 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Frost peas 100 g
Leek or onion to taste
Anchovy sauce or soy sauce
Fresh ginger
Seed oil (sunflower or peanut) or coconut oil
Garlic 2 cloves

Spices and vegetables for cooking rice:
ginger, white onion, garlic,
cloves, cardamom
