INGREDIENTS
20 Ritz crackers
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix together crackers, nuts, and sugar and set aside. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Add brown sugar and mix until well combined. Add salt and vanilla. Fold cracker/nut mixture into egg whites. Transfer mixture into a wellgreased pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
