Have you ever thought of going to Niagara Falls? Have you considered driving / driving?
Have you visited NYC before and want to come back and don't know what else to do in New York?
Well, New York as a state is huge and has too much to offer, this time I recorded a beautiful video in the company of my beloved mother, she went to visit me in January 2021 and since we already knew Manhattan we decided to go out to explore the rural and natural areas that it offers. New York is a long trip by car, which can be done by bus, train and even plane at the Niagara or Buffalo airports, however the reason why we decided to drive is the wide possibility of making several strategic stops to get to know more and rest.
Without stopping it is approximately 6 hours driving from Manhattan to Niagara Falls, making stops to rest, gasoline and food are 7 and a half hours, and doing a route like the one I did takes half a day, that is, 12 or 13 hours.
The stops we made are described in the video, but here are the main ones with their map so that they can open it on their gps, and make the route.

Some tips:

His clothes are likely to get wet at Niagara Falls. Quickdrying shorts are much better than jeans.

At the same time, sandals are better than wearing shoes and socks. (in summer)

Choose the right time to visit. During summers, the falls have a heavy flow and the park fills with people.

During winters, the falls freeze and present a supernatural site. The crowds are also much smaller. However, soaking in the mist is the way you really visit Niagara Falls.
