Our Final Leg of Our 6 Week Road Trip in Malaysia as a Travelling family.
After heading back to KL from Penang, our journey takes us from Kuala Lumpur where we drove to the Genting Highlands, Malaysia's only legal place of gambling. The many hotels and Casino's situated on top of an 1800m high mountain wasn't really our vibe but thankfully the kids were happy with the indoor theme park Skytropolis. After 3 days we headed South West to Melaka ( Malacca) for a week and explored the UNESCO World Heritage listed town of Malacca and the beachside town of Klebang Beach. The highlight of our entire Malaysian experience Rawa Island was next on the itinerary and boy did this place deliver! This is Malaysia's true gem and we would highly recommend Rawa Island as a MUST see/do for any persons travelling to this part of the world. Make sure you stay at Alangs Resort on this island paradise!
