4 red bell peppers cut into quarters, seeds removed
4 cloves garlic
1 small onion quartered
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 cup water or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste
