Demonstrations of a Bobcat Toolcat 5600 lifting various heavy objects. I call it "Rock Paper Spark" since I lift a boulder, tree log and then attempt to lift my Chevy Spark car as the grand finale. Which one do you think "wins"? The Toolcat is rated at 1500lbs and thats using the SAE J818 standard which effectively measures how much weight can go in the std bucket at full lift height before the rear tires come off the ground (ie "tipping load"). Then for skids steers and toolcats, 50% of that tipping load is the Rated Operating Capacity (ROC). For compact track loaders its 35% of tipping load (but tipping load is normally higher for a CTL due to larger footprint of tracks vs tires).
