Cutoff Frequency - gear stuff (no talking)

This is a video demonstrating the sounds of the Roland SH101.

The Roland SH101 was released in 1982 as a cheap alternative to the Juno 60 and even the Jupiter 8 (which uses the same voice chips). At the time it wasn't very popular but during the rise of electronic dance music it became one of the core instruments of House and Acid. To me this instrument is invaluable. It produces mega basses and also sharp and edgy melodies that never disappoint in a mix. I had the opportunity to buy a rare blue version, a lovely color that maybe is a little more inspiring than the standard grey version.

Hope you enjoy the video and please subscribe!
