Game Review & Impressions

Although familiar with Rolling Thunder, I hadn't really appreciated just how refined the gameplay of Namco's platformer really is. Sure, it's difficult as heck, but the general flow of the game shooting bad guys with splitsecond timing before ducking into cover behind a convenient door is actually really satisfying. Use of the upper and lower play areas is key to avoiding the neoncoloured goons which besiege you on all sides, so quick reactions are the order of the day.
