Roy Trusts Unpaid Interns to Work On His JLURD

Follow
KAR Off Road

Hang out with Roy and Kenneth as friendsofthechannel Chris Kissner and Jay Porchert serve as interns, helping Roy with the last intended phase of his JL build. The work Roy does in this video on Red is outside the normal skill set for Chris and Jay, and they are eager to learn the process and tools. Listen to their questions, see how they handle tools, and contribute their hard work to the build.

Roy trusses the rear axle, adds new RCV chromoly axle shafts, longer Fox shocks with Metalcloak relocation brackets, a new Tom Woods drive shaft, and new Clayton control arms. Roy doesn't intend to take his JL build any further than thishe has the MJ build to do nextlevel stuff.

Roy chose to do his lift in phases. He started with a base Clayton lift, and has added to it as he wanted. This can be a budgetfriendly phased approach, and has worked on his rig very well.

And we hope the interns will get to help with that, too.
