Disclaimer! I am not an expert! I am learning as I go as most of you probably can see who follow this channel. However, I am pretty happy with how my rudder repair turned out. This is Part 1 of the process. I chose to use West System 105 and 206 (slow cure) then adding the 407 to thicken it up as a fairing compound, which I also call a filler. This rudder did have some drying out to do! And there were lots of blisters that I had to deal with.
Part 2!? Unfortunately, there will not be a part 2 video as the footage has been lost! Even the photos. But, if I ever post a blog with the final steps, I'll let you know! Sucks... :(
