Today we're taking a look at Skyraider, a flying striker who rules the battlefield from up in the skies. They are one of the two strikers currently in the game who are capable of transforming into a flight mode for increased mobility and a larger arsenal of skills. All of this combined with their charged sniper primary weapon allows them to rain down pain from the heavens and make anyone scared to step out of the shadows.

For these reasons many consider Skyraider to be the best mech in the closed beta and I'm definitely among them. This striker is not without its weaknesses but the sheer amount of offensive pressure, mobility, and survivability means that it was no surprise to see Skyraider frequently topping the scoreboards on every map.
