[4K] Rumba Rapids at Thorpe Park, join us on this white water adventure as we float down the river around the Jungle area of Thorpe Park resort.

Rumba Rapids is a river rapids water ride manufactured by Intamin. It is located in the Jungle area of the park and is one of the oldest rides at Thorpe Park opening in 1987 as Thunder River. In 2002 the ride was refurbished and rethemed using sponsorship money from Ribena and became known as the Ribena Rumba Rapids. When the sponsorship deal came to an end the Ribena was dropped and the ride became just Rumba Rapids.

Guests must be at least 1.1 m to ride Rumba Rapids and at least 1.2m to ride unaccompanied. Fast Track and On Ride Photo is available for this ride
