Runway ML is a creative platform offering AI tools to create and enhance images and videos. Runway ML is probably best known for video generation using texttovideo (entering a text prompt) and imagetovideo (turning an existing image into a video.)

But Runway ML has 29+ AI tools. I included the "+" because some of the tools, and a few features within them, are above and beyond the tools Runway includes in their AI Tools section on the home page.

In this video, we'll try out Runway ML's Lip Sync tool, which allows you to combine a face and speech to make a character come to life and speak the words of your script.

There are several different options for getting a face or person into your lipsync clip, and there several different options for getting the audio as well. We'll take a look at those options and we'll generate a lipsync video using a still image and a text script.
