This property sits on about 45 acres of land in Maryland, the barn shown is much older then the actual house shown in this video, which was built in 1964. The barns and some of the outhouses are 100 or more years old. In the barn I found and show a wood beam that had 1845 carved into it so this property could be fairly old!
The rest of the info I found on the previous owners is down below in my pinned comment if you would like to read it. Sadly this house and barns are planned to be demolished for a new housing plan in the area.
