This pump was leaking quite badly from the pump to housing/tank oring. No hard parts where required to be replaced and all that was required was an oring kit which I purchased from Rockauto for around Aus$10 (not including the shipping, but there was other parts in the order to spread that cost). All the orings had gone hard and brittle. If any major wear to the pump was found then it would be likely that the whole pump would require replacement as I have been unable to find spare parts other than the seal kit. (if you are aware of spare parts availability then please let others know in the comments) Even if the whole pump required replacement its not the end of the world, these are very common and you'll be able to get a second hand one cheap or brand new thats not priced too badly.
Pulley removal will require a specific puller and here in Australia you can pick them up for around the $60 mark.
