Previous 2 Saito FG 21 videos were dedicated for finding some kind of the limits, where gasoline engine was fueled with extensive addition of the NITROmethane (from 10 till 35% !) to the standard gasoline fuel mix (20:1 95 Octane gasoline and with the special synth oil). Engine was really fully loaded, showing very high TOP RPM speed, but also, especially with the high NITRO content, becomes very hot, much hotter, that usually. So, I think, that extended amount of NITRO, of course, released additional oxygen, and this also increasing the power, as well, as increasing the temperature in the combustion chamber.
So, engine was seriously tortured during this experimental runs. I'm very interested to dismantle the engine after the runs and to check its internal condition, to check the possible wear. This video, I hope, will answer all the questions about engine's reliability.
