An all time favourite Salmon Fish Head Curry cooked in claypot that's rich in flavour and delicious.



Ingredients:

For salmon head marination:
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste1/2tsp
Greenn chilli chopped1nos
Coriander leaf chopped 2 tsp
Black pepper crush1tsp
Lime juice 1/2 wedgs
Coconut milk 15 ml

For curry:
Coconut oil tbs
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli1 nos
Garlic clove 5 nos
Ginger slice 1/2 inch
Green chilli1 nos
Red chilli 1 nos
Curry leaf 8 to 10
Black pepper crush1/2 tbs
Onion slice 2 nos
Brinjal slice 1/2 nos
Bhendi cuts2 nos
Tomato wedgs 1 nos
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Water as required
Coconut milk 50 ml
Salt 1 tbs
Coriander leaf chopped 1tsp
