Samadhi is a very high spiritual state and consciousness. It could be translated as the union of things, since a union is achieved between the one who meditates and what he is meditating on.

You can use many spiritual techniques and exercises that can help you achieve this state, but meditation is key here. It is said that you can look at an object, and you will feel that everything around that object becomes merged with it. Everything is part of everything.
It is very possible that with practice there will come a time when you unexpectedly reach the state of Samadhi, it will be an instant, which will surely change your life. From that moment you see reality differently. Yes, you will need a lot of practice. So go ahead!!!!
