Swiss Travel Channel

Video and photos in 4K I have made with iPhone 14 Pro during my trip in 2023 to San Vito Lo Capo in Sicily, Italy, including videos taken with my drone Dji Mini 3 Pro. The video includes the following highlights: the main beach with clear blue waters and fine sand (rated one of the best in Sicily); lighthouse of Capo San Vito; views of Monte Monaco and the fires that occurred in august 2023; Santuario di San Vito and Via Savoia.
As always thank you for watching and for your great comments!

Swiss Travel Channel is a YouTube channel of my holiday’s trips videos, taken all around the world since 2008. Some are for pure tourism and others are more of an adventure. The videos usually show the top best tourist attractions, the top things to do and top places to see. The goal is to inspire others on their next vacations. The videos can also be seen as a guide to have an idea of the main highlights and places to explore. I love to take pictures of the nature, traditions and different cultures, to search the mustsee spots and show the essentials in my videos, for this reason I always try to create the perfect vacation. Traveling is more than a hobby for me, is a way of life.

San Vito Lo Capo (source Wikipedia):

San Vito Lo Capo is a town and comune in NorthWestern Sicily, Italy, administratively part of the province of Trapani. The small town is located in a valley between mountains, and is home to a public beach that is destination of local vacationers.

The town's eastern border is provided by a small range of mountains, the northernmost of which is peaked by a large cross visible from the public beach below, the E' Bue Marino beach. Loggerhead sea turtles sometimes choose the beach to lay their eggs. With human settlements spreading, the size of the beach is shrinking.

The mountain is home to numerous caves, most of which are inaccessible without professional climbing gear. A cave, accessible by foot at the southern base of the mountain, was named "Caverna della Capra Guasto," or "Cave of the Dead Goat" by explorers Christian D'Angelo and William Spears.

To the south is the Riserva naturale dello Zingaro.
