‘Sans Souci’ has been freshwater and boathouse kept since being purchased in 2014. The owner has kept her well maintained, with all engines professionally serviced annually, and has added several upgrades to the boat. The pilothouse dash was redesigned for better visibility, functionality, and a sleek modern look, switching to new flat panel touch screen computers with chart plotter, depth sounder and radar in 2019.Twin 220V stacking Xantrex 3000w inverters were installed in 2016 allowing the whole boat to run on battery power without the generator or shore power. Teak and Holly flooring was installed throughout, and two modern leather accent chairs in the salon were added in 2016. Sunpads were made for the foredeck in 2015. A Fusion 650 Bluetooth stereo system, was added to the bridge in 2017.

'Sans Souci' is the sole asset of a LLC or she can also be purchased privately. Marine financing is available upon approval.

Bridges Marina is offering assumable annual freshwater moorage for Sans Souci at the current rate until April 2022 (there is presently a waiting list for moorage and the new rates go into effect April 2021). There is also an option to purchase the boathouse.
