After Thoughts about the Video: In total it cost me around $120 in tubing, fittings, valves and the plastic duckbill. I lost track of how many hours I spent on this but it was a lot over a course of a couple weeks. The more I use it the smoother it's getting and it's currently running very smooth. I still think a manual tire changer is amazing, especially with the custom mount/dismount levers I've made. It won't save much time if any vs those in mounting/dismounting. Where I think this professional changer shines is the bead breaker. The manual bead breaker on a manual tire machine can take you 10x100x as long as mounting/dismounting and sometimes it's impossible. I may do a head to head if people are interested.
