Hi Friends Welcome back to the craft castle! Today I’m showing you how to take your finished design files in cricut design space and turn them into SVG files that you can use in any other program that requires SVG files.

In a previous tutorial, I showed you how to save your projects offline and how to find them on your computer. These files are saved as a PNG file. Which are great options if you're working with an print then cut type of images. But when you're wanting to create cuttable svg files for your laser cutter or different craft cutting machine, saving as a png isn't always helpful.

Let me introduce you to Inkscape. Inkscape is a FREE design program. it's a program that I've used for MANY years and can tell you it's the best free design program. You can easily create your own svg file with this free design program.
