Scenic Tuttle Creek Rd in Alabama Hills outside of Lone Pine CA
Here is a short video of a scenic detour on the way to Mt Whitney, I believe this has been used in multiple movies. Drive cautiously as there is only a single lane and 2 way traffic.
From Whitney Portal Rd, turn left on Tuttle Creek Rd, right on Sunset Drive and right on Horshoe Meadows Rd, back to Whitney Portal Rd.
