Schnitzel Cordon Bleu is a classic dish with pork cutlets, pork loin och pork butt filled with ham and cheese; breaded and fried in butter and cooking oil.
I served it with sliced potatoes baked in the oven, green peas, lemon wedge, chopped parsley and a sauce with balsamic vinegar.
Can also be made with chicken or veal.
